PGI Public Night Fireworks Shows | Sunday, August 13 & Friday, August 18

The PGI Public Night Fireworks Shows are known for being the best fireworks shows in the country and feature one-of-a-kind, hand-made fireworks that you won't see anywhere else... it's the Olympics of fireworks.

Tickets

*Tickets for the Friday, August 18 show are selling fast and might sell out before Friday. If tickets sell out before Friday, they will not be available at the gate. It is recommended to purchase tickets online before the event.*

• Advanced/Will-Call Tickets: $10/person. Ages 3 and under are free. All purchases are non-refundable and final. If you purchased a Will-Call Ticket, your ticket(s) will be available for pick-up at the main entry area the night of the show.
• Tickets can be purchased in-person, before the show, Monday through Friday at either the Winnebago County Parks Department (625 E. County Road Y, Suite 500, Oshkosh, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) or Oshkosh CVB (100 N. Main Street, Suite 112, Oshkosh, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.).
• Tickets at the gate (if available): $15/person, cash only. Ages 3 and under are free. All purchases are non-refundable and final.
• Tickets purchased in advance can be picked up in-person, before the show, Monday through Friday at either the Winnebago County Parks Department (625 E. County Road Y, Suite 500, Oshkosh, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) or Oshkosh CVB (100 N. Main Street, Suite 112, Oshkosh, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.).
• The ticket(s) you purchase is only valid for the night you bought it for, not both shows.
• Not responsible for lost wristbands. If you lose your wristbands, you will have to buy new wristbands.

Entry into Event

• Gates open at 6 p.m. Fireworks start around 8:30/9 p.m. The show is approximately 2 to 3 hours.
• You must have a wristband for each person to enter. Ages 3 and under do not need a wristband.
• Orange wristbands are for Sunday, August 13.
• Pink wristbands are for Friday, August 18.

Seating

• All seating is general admission, in a large open field. Bring your own lawn chairs and/or blankets to sit on (no tents, canopies, or umbrellas).
• Seating is NOT provided.
• There is NO grandstand seating. The event will take place on the east side of the Sunnyview Expo Grounds, not by the grandstands.

Parking

• Parking: $5/vehicle (cash only, night of event)
• General parking will be at Winnebago County Community Park (501 E. CTY RD Y). ADA parking will be on the Sunnyview Expo Grounds (500 E. CTY RD Y). Uber and Lift drop-off/pick-up will be at the JP Coughlin Center main parking lot (625 E. CTY RD Y).
• For general parking, you must enter the park at the south entrance on Snell Road. The north entrance of the park on County Road Y will be closed.
• For ADA parking, you must enter the Sunnyview Expo Grounds from County Road Y. The ADA parking entrance will be marked.
• For Uber and Lift, you must be dropped off or picked up at the JP Coughlin Center main parking lot. Uber and Lift will not be allowed on the Sunnyview Expo Grounds.

Food & Drink

• There will be food trucks selling a wide variety of delicious food and a large beverage tent serving beer, soda, and water. No carry-ins allowed.
• Please note: We had three food trucks no-show on Sunday... sorry about that! We currently have eight food trucks scheduled for the Friday night show and are still trying to add one or two more to make sure there is plenty of food and shorter lines.

Carry-Ins

• NO CARRY-INS ALLOWED on Sunnyview Expo Grounds. A sealed or empty water bottle is allowed.

NOT ALLOWED

• NOT ALLOWED: illegal drugs, firearms, weapons (or any item resembling a weapon or firearm) or personal fireworks. Violators will be removed from the grounds without a refund. Any illegal activity will be reported to the proper authorities.

Pets

• NO pets allowed: Service Animals Only (Service animals must be leashed and have proper credentials)

• Rain Dates: If necessary, rain day for Sunday, Aug. 13 is Monday, Aug. 14 & rain day for Friday, Aug. 18 is Saturday, Aug. 19
