Winnebago County Public Health is collaborating with multiple community partners to bring harm reduction themed Public Health Vending Machines (PHVM) to 
Winnebago County. WCPH would like to feature artwork from a local community member on each machine. These vending machines will be located at the David W. Albrecht Administrative Building at 112 Otter Avenue in Oshkosh and the Neenah Human Services Building at 211 N. Commercial Street in Neenah.
The submission deadline for designs is June 28. A panel of community partners will begin reviewing submissions on July 11 and the finalist will be announced on July 19 with a tentative unveiling in Fall 2024.
