Customers in all East Central Income Maintenance Partnership (ECIMP) counties can contact the ECIMP Call Center for help with:

  • Applying for benefits
  • Reporting Changes
  • Checking benefit status
  • Processing eligibility
  • Completing reviews

  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
  • Thursday: 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm

MyACCESS Mobile App
