Wellness Plus Classes are designed to help you age well, be active, manage chronic conditions, and prevent falls. Classes are researched, tested, and proven to help you self-manage your health. Strong Bodies is a simple scripted program can improve bone density, balance, and strength for participants.
Strong Bodies at Winneconne Highlands Senior living community is held on Monday and Thursday from 10:30am-11:30am. This class will be held until June 30th.
