Memory Cafés by Fox Valley Memory Project
Memory Cafés are free monthly events that consist of activities, conversations with people, and light refreshments. Designed to be interactive, Memory Cafés allow for the person with memory loss and their care partner to interact in ways they had before the memory loss. Café themes can include:
Safety
Project Lifesaver is a radio tracking system designed for people with a diagnoses that involve a wandering risk such as Dementia, Alzheimer's, Autism and Down Syndrome. This program is available in all of Winnebago County.

The mission of the Dementia Care Specialist Program is to support people with dementia and their caregivers in order to ensure the highest quality of life possible while living at home. In order to accomplish this mission, the Dementia Care Specialists (DCS's) have four goals:
