Strong Bodies is a strength training class for people over the age of 55. Participants will use weights, stretching, and gentle movements to help prevent falls and gain muscle strength to help stay healthy and active as they age.

Tai Chi
Tai Chi is an evidence based, falls prevention workshop that combines stretching and gentle flowing movements. Tai chi can be done at any fitness level, and all are welcome to join. The class runs on Wednesdays at 9:30 from January 8th, 2025 through March 26th, 2025.

Memory Cafe - Menasha Senior Center
Memory Cafés are no cost monthly events and consist of activities, informal conversation, and light refreshments. Designed to be interactive, Memory Cafés allow for the person with memory loss and their care partner to interact in ways they had before the memory loss. Café themes can include:

StrongBodies combines stretches and weights to help improve flexibility, movement, pain, and muscle & Bone density. The class meets twice a week for 8-12 weeks. No need to be a YMCA member to participate.
