Strategic Plan

Our strategic planning process provides the opportunity to explore innovative ways to address emerging public health issues and the actions needed to positively impact the health of our community. Our Strategic Plan shapes who we are as a department, who we serve, what we do, and why we do it. The plan presents clear goals, activities, and measurables to ensure our efforts to serve the community are efficient and effective.
